ABOUT AZIZI VENICE  

Azizi Venice is the latest launch in  Dubai South area   by Azizi Developments. Spread across 24 million sq. ft., the Venetian-inspired waterfront community is designed by the renowned design firm AE7. The neighbourhood will feature apartment buildings, villas and mansions in different layouts. It will be home to the second opera house in Dubai – Azizi Opera, along with a range of unique lifestyle amenities.

AZIZI VENICE MASTERPLAN  

Azizi Venice   is an AED 30 billion project featuring 100 mid-rise apartment buildings and more than 200 villas and mansions. Inspired by the historic Venetian lifestyle, the project will feature 5-star and boutique hotels with excellent waterfront views.    

In the heart of the community lies  a pedestrian-friendly boulevard   featuring a range of retail outlets, dining options and an opera house. The boulevard will have a climate-controlled temperature where several festive events will be hosted.    

Dubai’s second opera house – Azizi Opera – will become a notable venue for musical concerts, comedy shows, ballets and other events. It will also host wedding ceremonies, theatre shows and private concerts. There will be an underground parking area with easy access to Azizi Opera and the boulevard to facilitate visitors.  

Azizi Venice will feature plenty of fitness options like cycling and jogging tracks, lush green spaces, a waterpark and other sports facilities. Apart from this, there will be several communal facilities incorporated into the development, such as schools, healthcare facilities and a well-connected road network.

Properties in Azizi Venice include 400 villas and 15,057 apartments in different layouts.  

Venice Villas will feature an array of luxurious amenities such as a  home cinema, infinity pool, barbecue area, landscaped garden   and games room.
